The Hooksett Lions Club is looking forward to sponsoring the Hooksett Citizen Of The Year for 2025. The Citizen Of The Year is a community effort to recognize people in the community who volunteer their services, and or, participate in programs and events to help make Hooksett a better place to live. The program dates back to 1959, when Fred Underhill was the first recipient, sponsored at that time by the Hooksett Men’s Club.
The Lions have sponsored the event for over the past 20 years.
Nomination forms and guidelines will be available at Hooksett Town Hall, Hooksett Library, and on the Hooksett Lions website at www.e-clubhouse.org/sites/hooksett/index.php.
A fall event will be held to honor the recipient. The Lions sponsor this event as a service to the Hooksett Community.
